Custom Complete Infrared Solution for Industrial Heating Processes
DR. FISCHER does not only supply infrared light sources. We also design and manufacture complete IR oven systems with fully integrated components, tailored precisely to your industrial process.
From infrared emitters and reflectors to cooling, control technology and wiring, we deliver complete infrared solutions engineered for reliable performance, high efficiency and seamless integration into your production line.
Key Advantages of our complete infrared solution :
Single Source Solution
One partner manages the complete IR heating section of your machine. This reduces interfaces, lowers project complexity and saves valuable time during development and integration.Optimized Lamp Integration
Infrared sources are integrated directly by the manufacturer. This ensures optimal operating conditions and helps maximize lamp performance and lifetime.High Energy Efficiency
With precisely directed infrared radiation, energy is applied only where it is needed. This minimizes energy losses and improves overall process efficiency.Precise Control
Our IR systems allow highly responsive and accurate adjustment of heating parameters, supporting stable and repeatable production conditions.Reliable Temperature Regulation
With non-contact temperature monitoring and adapted control technology, the systems are ideal for sensitive and high-quality industrial processes.- Tailored to Your Process
Each IR system is designed according to the specific application, installation space and production requirements of the customer.
Complete Infrared Solution by DR. FISCHER Europe
Infrared Systems
Our infrared systems are developed as complete solutions for demanding industrial heating applications. Every system is designed around the specific requirements of the process, ensuring precise heat delivery, stable operation and long-term reliability.
A complete DR. FISCHER IR system can include all essential subsystems required for efficient and controlled infrared heating. These include integrated cooling systems, high-performance reflectors, pneumatic components, non-contact temperature sensors and dedicated IR lamp control systems with customized electrical cabinets.
In addition to system design and manufacturing, DR. FISCHER also handles the complete wiring, as well as quality checks and functional testing. This ensures that every infrared oven system is delivered ready for smooth and efficient integration into the customer’s production environment.
Cooling Systems
Integrated air- or water-cooled solutions protect components and support stable operation, even in demanding production environments.
Reflectors
Metallic or ceramic reflectors direct infrared energy precisely to the target area, improving efficiency and ensuring uniform heat distribution.
Pneumatic Systems
Pneumatic components can be integrated for positioning, movement or process control, depending on the application requirements.
Temperature Sensors
Non-contact temperature sensors enable real-time monitoring and support accurate thermal regulation throughout the process.
IR Lamp Control Systems
Dedicated control systems and customized electrical cabinets are designed specifically for infrared applications, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
| IR reflectors | ||||||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Reflectivity | Durability | Cost | Radiation orientation | Main advantages | Main drawbacks | |
| Gold | ☆☆☆☆☆ | Bad | €€€€ | Specular | - High reflectivity - No thermal inertia |
- Low temperature resistance (<600°C) - High cost |
| White ceramic | ☆☆☆ | Very good | €€ | Diffuse | - Good price-performance ratio | - Reflectivity 10 to 15% lower than gold |
| MLRI | ☆☆☆☆ | Very good | €€€ | Diffuse | - Reflectivity between the white ceramic and gold | - Slightly more expensive and slightly less stable than white ceramic |
| LRP | ☆☆☆☆☆☆ | Excellent | €€€€ | Specular | - Best Reflectivity - Auto-cleaning - Longer lifespan than all other reflectors |
- Expensive to start with (but no need to replace it with the lamp) - Thermal inertia |
| Highly reflective aluminum | ☆☆☆ | Good | €€€ | Specular or diffuse (depends of the finish) | - Can be combined with other reflectors | - Added piece → takes more space |
